Staff Performance Review Program

A new performance review that includes a goal-setting section is now available (Performance Management – New Form). The old form (Performance Management – Previous Form) is still available for those interested in completing the year with that form; however, it will not be available in 2014. Both forms are posted on the Staff Evaluation page.
