Remember that through Workday Learning there are thousands of LinkedIn Learning courses to discover, both self-paced and on demand. The HRLD website offers a variety of recommended courses and resources to expand your skills, with options to learn through reading, listening, and watching. These offerings, which include topics like communication, customer service, and time management, are also updated throughout the year.
Growing Teams
Another summer priority is the development of your team or department. The HRLD team enjoys working with groups through Customized Solutions and Services. Whether it’s using assessments to build self-awareness, helping teams improve communication, or designing trust-building activities, HRLD enjoys partnering with leaders who want to support their people.
