Anonymous Reporting Hotline

The Anonymous Reporting Hotline is an anonymous reporting option for any known or suspected violations of laws or of Wake Forest University policies or regulations. Reports of sexual misconduct are forwarded to the University Title IX Coordinator. The Hotline can be reached toll free at 1.877.880.7888 or online. Anonymous reports, though anonymous, may need to be shared, so anonymous reports are not always confidential; protected disclosures and investigatory records will be kept confidential to the extent possible.
