The Organizational Development Consortium (ODC) consists of colleagues from higher-education institutions focused on learning, training, professional development, and organizational development for faculty and staff. Members are dedicated to sharing best practices and supporting the collective success of their institutions.
About the ODC
Since 2011, professional and organizational development experts from higher education have gathered to network and share best practices. They meet virtually several months a year to discuss relevant topics and gather once a year for an in-person conference.
