Develop your team’s competencies and relationships with personalized Learning and Development workshops. Experts can facilitate group retreats, introduce team-building activities, and consult with you to arrange tailored sessions to build skills specific to your team needs.

Professionally Led Assessments
Learn more about yourself and your strengths and developmental needs with personal assessments led by trained professionals. Opportunities include:
- Change Navigator: Enables those going through and leading change to understand the different stages of transition associated with change and the emotions associated with those stages.
- Change Style Indicator: Helps individuals understand their preference for approaching change and dealing with situations involving change.
- CliftonStrengths: Helps participants understand their own strengths, can help leaders and teams bring awareness of their strengths and unique identities.
- Direction-Alignment-Commitment Assessment: Uncovers where teams are in three critical components — direction, alignment, commitment — and provides ways to enhance each component.
- The Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation™ (FIRO®) assessments (FIRO-B® and FIRO Business®): Provides individuals and teams an opportunity to understand interpersonal needs and how those needs influence behavior to help build more effective interactions and relationships.
- Multirater (360) Assessments: Participants provide self-evaluations and are evaluated on several leadership skills and competencies by their direct reports, peers, boss, superior, and other colleagues.
- Trifecta of Trust (Zenger-Folkman): Designed to help participants understand the dynamics of trust in the workplace. Participants create a personalized plan to build stronger, trust-based relationships at work.
