With a new academic year in full swing, now is a great time to evaluate your personal wellness. Through access to free, virtual physical therapy and more, WFU partner Hinge Health offers specialized, personalized care designed to improve mobility, recover from injuries, and prepare for surgery.

Hinge recently released its fall class schedule, offering opportunities to maximize daily moments for regular movement to lessen strain on your body, as well as how to care for yourself as your body undergoes changes. Classes are open to all WFU staff and faculty.

“The Benefits team is very pleased to partner with Hinge Health and bring these courses to faculty and staff,” says Shannon Araya, Director of Absence and Benefits. “It’s such a demanding time of year for all of us across campus. Having access to these valuable resources can help improve health outcomes and overall wellbeing for our Wake Forest community..”
