New Insurance Cards

Members of the university’s BlueCross BlueShield medical plan may access their insurance card by registering with Blue Connect, using the Blue Connect mobile app, or calling (877) 275-9787 (Plan number: 14163668). Members may access their OptumRx insurance card or set up home delivery by downloading the OptumRx mobile app or calling (844) 265-1875 (Rx Group Number 009335). Members of the university’s dental plan through MetLife may access their insurance card by registering with MetLife or directly through the MetLife mobile app.
