BCBS Class Action Settlement
Some medical plan members have received a notification about BlueCross BlueShield’s class action settlement. We can confirm the message is not a spam email. Members of BCBS medical plans across the country may be eligible for payment. If you received a notification and are interested in pursuing the claim, you may follow the instructions in the email notification. Box 91390, Seattle, WA 98111.
Note: Members may receive multiple emails if they were a member of more than one BCBS medical plan.
Individuals who want to provide their premiums history as part of the claims process for the BCBS settlement, may find historical premiums by following these steps:
- Log into WIN
- Click Student, Faculty & Staff
- Click the WF@Work link at the top of the page
- Click Pay Statement History
- Select the Pay Statement Year in the drop down box
- Click Display
- Click the Pay Statement Date
- Go to the Benefits, Deductions and Taxes section (middle of screen)
- You will find the Medical Plan Pre-Tax amount listed under the Employee column
- To select the next pay statement, click Select a new Pay Statement link at the bottom of the page
