Fringe Benefits Advisory Committee (FBAC)
Statement of Purpose: The Fringe Benefits Advisory Committee (FBAC) serves as an advisory body to the University and is facilitated by the Vice President for Human Resources & Sustainability and is advisory to the Executive Vice President. The FBAC will advise regarding the evaluation of benefit priorities while balancing the University’s financial position, faculty and staff members’ interests and needs, the competitive market for faculty and staff members, and the external benefits landscape.
