Wellbeing Incentive

The 2019 Wellbeing Program offers a $150 incentive to faculty and staff enrolled in the University’s BlueCross BlueShield medical plan. The incentive toward December 2019 health care premiums will be granted to those who complete the program by October 31, 2019, through a partnership with Wake Forest Baptist Health. This program is a great way to identify potential health risks and benchmark health behaviors, and includes three components:

  • Step 1: Complete a confidential online Health Risk Assessment (HRA).
  • Step 2: Attend an on-campus biometric screening/mini coaching session (additional screening sessions will be held during Annual Benefits Enrollment). 
  • Step 3: Register for and complete either a full coaching session or two wellbeing classes via the Professional Development Center.

Reynolda House staff are not eligible for this incentive.
