Wellbeing Incentive

The 2019 Wellbeing Program offers a $150 incentive to faculty and staff enrolled in the University’s BlueCross BlueShield medical plan. The incentive toward December 2019 health care premiums will be granted to those who complete the program by October 31, 2019, through a partnership with Wake Forest Baptist Health. This program is a great way to identify potential health risks and benchmark health behaviors, and includes three components:

  • Step 1: Complete a confidential online Health Risk Assessment (HRA) by October 31.
  • Step 2: Register and attend an on-campus biometric screening/mini coaching session during the month of April via the Professional Development Center.
  • Step 3: Register and complete either a full coaching session or two wellbeing classes between April – October 31 via the Professional Development Center.

Reynolda House staff are not eligible for this incentive.
