Updated Aetna Insurance Cards

Aetna member insurance cards have been updated to include Carolina Behavioral Health (CBHA) on the back of the cards in an effort to assist with filing behavioral health claims. The Aetna Whole Health Choice POS II member insurance cards have also been updated to include the Primary Care and Specialist copay amounts for the Maximum and Standard Savings tiers.

Download a digital copy of your card or request a new card be mailed to you by logging into the Aetna member website. In the Plan Overview section, scroll down and click the purple View ID Cards link. Click Request ID Card to have it mailed to you or click Print ID Card to download a copy.
