Welcome Alan Marion, Senior Benefits Analyst
Human Resources is excited to welcome Alan Marion as Senior Benefits Analyst. As part of the Benefits team, Alan will lead the retirement plan administration and compliance efforts, as well as other benefit audit related needs. He will work closely with Benefits, Payroll/Finance, as well as TIAA and other benefit providers as needed.
Alan brings 19 years of benefit and pension plan experience from AON, with his most recent experience as a Senior Technical Analyst. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a minor in Information Systems from Appalachian State University.
